Welcome to Coach Mark, rugby development and sports coaching

Coachmark are running fun and competitive sessions at Windsor Girls' School every monday after-school. The sessions are free and are aimed at an introduction to the sport with the emphasis on the development of core skills and game understanding.

The sessions will be delivered by professional coaches who have a variety of experience of playing and coaching at Premiership Clubs and have worked alongside the likes of Jonny Wilkinson, Mike Tindall and Mike Catt (World Cup Winners) and Andy Robinson (Former England Coach).

As well as the rugby coaching the girls will improve their networking opportunities and enhance their personal statement for UCAS applications.

After the initial 6 week period, Coachmark will be forming 2 teams (one Y10/11 and one Y12/13) to participate in matches and tournaments.
